Just Staying Busy!

Well, it has been a few days since my last post. We have just been staying busy. The weather has been wonderful here. Friday and Saturday was beautiful... highs near 80! Sunday was a little cooler and cloudy. Today is another pretty day should be up around 65 before long.
Friday after I got Hanna from school we met Jason at his work then went to Crab Shack for dinner. This is Hanna and Bre's favorite place to eat. The girls are not going to be cheap dates when they get older... they like to eat seafood and stake!!!! Crab Shack has a great big playground and tables outside that the kids got to play on while waiting on our food. They had a blast! Saturday Hanna had a birthday party to go to. Believe it or not, she is starting to come out of her shell! Her teacher told me the other day that while in the lunchroom she looked down the table and there sat Hanna, actually talking and LAUGHING!!!! After the party on Saturday we went to Big Lots and found some patio furniture. I am so excited... we can actually enjoy our screened in porch now! That is pretty much it for the weekend!
So, what else has been keeping me busy? I joined a gym a little over a week ago. My goal is to go at least 5 times a week. I did fall short on that last week, I missed a couple of days. But, I think I made up for it today! I tried out one of the classes called Body Pump... oh my gosh... it is a kicker!!!! It is a total body weighted class. You use weights and work out the entire body to music. It was lots of fun but now I think I have muscle failure!!! I am going to be SO sore tomorrow! So, on top of the everyday stuff like laundry, house cleaning, dishes... ect..... I try to find time to go work out. I feel like I am on the go all day now, but that is a good thing!
Well, I guess I had better go for now. Its almost 1pm... that means it is past time for Isaac's nap! Until next time, I send my love... miss you all!

One Week!!!

Max had been with us for one week now! I must say it was an interesting week. He has done really well with adjusting to our crazy schedule. He has not had "too" many accidents in the house. A lot less than I had expected! He does love to chew on everything though. There is no telling how many times I say "NO MAX" every day! He is really good with kids. He and Isaac don't always get along too well because Max likes to sit right next to me and wants my attention! Isaac does not like that too much because he is still such a Mamma's boy! But they are starting to get used to each other! It's funny to watch them play. Isaac will take off running and Max chases him then Isaac will fall and Max tackles him! Too cute!!! I will try to get some pictures sometime this week. Max was 22lbs when we got him. I'm not sure what he weighs now but I can tell that he has already grown in just a week! That is really scary!!!

Snow day

So, I have promised to post pictures of our snow day that we had not long ago. This has been the longest winter EVER!!! The Malone household is so ready for warmer weather! Although, the past few days have been wonderful! It was a little chili and rainy today though =(

This is Isaac out in the first snow we had. Well actually it was ice this time! They had lots of fun playing in it though.

Seriously.... there are so many pictures that I want to put on here! But I just don't have the time right now. I had better get in the bed while I can. It looks like it may be another long night... I have another sick one again!!! Poor Isaac is running fever again =( I was hoping that we were going to make it through the winter free of sickness. New addition to the Malone Family

Well, yesterday was Jason and my 11th Anniversary! For our Anniversary Teri and Jim came up and kept the kiddos for us! Thank you so much Mimi and My Jim!!! Jason and I went to Raleigh and hung out for the day. We eat lunch at On the Boarder, a Mexican restaurant, then we went to a little place called the Ale House of North Carolina.

Jason got me an iphone for our Anniversary and I got him a dog. We now are the proud owners of an English Mastiff. He is 8 weeks old and already weighs almost 25lbs! He is going to be a huge dog. We have decided to name him Max-a-Million and call him Max. Today while at Petsmart we ran into a couple that has a 4 year old English Mastiff.. that thing was a monster!!! Seriously it looks like a minuter pony!

This is a pic of Max and me at the airport when we fist got him. I was making a phone call the the breeder to let her know that we have the puppy and all went smoothly!

He is such a sweet boy!!! He just lays around and takes it easy. Very laid back and love to snuggle!!! Right now he is laying in the floor with Jason.

The kids had no clue that we were going to bring a dog home last night. We told them that we were going out to eat for our Anniversary. They have been begging for a dog for so long. Hanna would say things like, "my mommy don't like animals" or, "my Mommy wont let us have a dog". So, needless to say they were very surprised when we walking in last night holding a puppy!




This is Hanna and Isaac seeing Max for the first time! Look at those smiles!!! Max is so good with them so far. Like I said, he is not a hyper dog. He will play for a few minutes then he is ready for a nap! We took Max and the kids to Petsmart today to pick out a collar and leash. They were all so proud to show off their new puppy.






Well, I am going to get off here for tonight. I will post again later. I am planning on posting some pictures from our snow day a couple of weeks ago. The first few post on here will probably be from me going back through my pictures and trying to ketch everyone up to date on life in North Carolina. I hope everyone has a wonderful evening!

I decided to start a new blog

Well, I have decided to start bloging.... I thought maybe this will help family and friends keep up with us as we move around and all that. If I enjoy doing this I may eventually do away with facebook. I want to see how this goes with loading pic's and all that. The setup was very easy... so, so far I like it.
Not much is new around here. We all had the stomach bug this past weekend... that was NO FUN!!! We are finally about over it, I believe any way! Isaac was up all night last night with an earache. So, we were back at the doctor this morning with him. The tube in his left ear has worked its way out of the eardrum and the eardrum is healed. I hope that since the tube is no longer in place that this does not mean that he is going to start having ear trouble again!!!! Hanna and Bre are doing well. Hanna is doing great in school! We are so proud of her!!! Bre is enjoying her time at home with Mommy but I think she is beginning to want some time to make friends also.
Well, I guess that is all for now. I will try to do a better job of keeping this blog up to date better than we did on the other site we had. This one seems a lot easier to use!!! Until next time... everyone stay safe and we love you all!
